Pursuant to article 15 of the Regulation on Individual Pension Intermediaries published in the Official Gazette No. 27334 dated August 9, 2009, individual pension intermediaries shall use the identification card and the registration number for all transactions performed by the participants on behalf of the company and for all the information and documents required by the Undersecretary. Individual pension intermediaries shall use the identification card in all the intermediary transactions in accordance with the provision that states, “individual pension intermediaries shall not perform any transactions without the identification card.”
