Consumer Price Index (CPI) data were obtained from the Inflation and Prices field under the Turkstat Main Statistics.
State Contribution funds are excluded from calculations of sector returns and sector benchmark returns.
The above chart represents variation in the last three years by Consumer Price Index (CPI, with 2003 as the Reference
Year), for Individual Pension System (IPS) sector returns and the sector fund benchmark returns, calculated from
benchmarks of pension mutual funds.
The calculation used monthly cumulative variation percentages of sector returns, sector fund benchmark returns and
Consumer Price Index (CPI) from December 2013. Returns of fund groups and benchmark returns were obtained by
weighting funds and their benchmark returns with their daily net asset values.
