Number of contracts entered in the system in the specified month with a new contract establishment and the ratio of
voluntary opt outs as of 2016 year-end. For example; As of the end of 2016, 56% of the approximately 53 thousand
contracts, which entered into force in September 2008, ended at the request of the participants.
As of 01.01.2013, a significant increase has occurred in the name of the contract which entered into force, with the
contribution amount paid by the participants starting to be paid at the rate of maximum 25% of the State Contribution.
